Sebastien Gaddini is the Executive Chairman of Cresco, an A.I. and data-driven provider of global corporate services designed to modernize how companies operate across borders. At Cresco, he focuses on building scalable, technology-enabled solutions spanning entity management, compliance, back office operations, and workforce support—helping global businesses expand with speed, transparency, and control.

A corporate M&A attorney by training, Sebastien began his career in Big Law across Paris, New York, and Luxembourg, advising clients in the private equity and asset management sectors on cross-border transactions, governance, and complex structuring. He later moved into senior leadership roles at Vistra and CSC, where he supported multinational organizations navigating corporate and regulatory complexity at scale.

At CSC, Sebastien played a leading role in the multi-billion-dollar acquisition of Intertrust, driving the integration and transformation of a global organization of 9,000 people across 35 countries. His experience spans M&A execution, carve-outs, integration, and large-scale operating-model transformation—bridging strategy with disciplined delivery across global teams.

Earlier in his career, Sebastien was also involved with Smardii, where he helped advance a technology-driven approach to disruption and innovation—experience that continues to inform his focus on modernizing legacy operating models through intelligent automation.

Today, he is focused on reshaping corporate services through data-driven delivery and automation, enabling organizations to streamline global operations while remaining agile and compliant in an increasingly complex regulatory environment. He is also actively invested in Latin America, with a particular interest in how regional growth, nearshoring, and cross-border capital flows are reshaping global operating strategies.
