A Leg To Stand On (ALTSO) is a non-profit providing free prosthetic limbs, orthotic braces and appropriately fitted wheelchairs to children and adolescents living in emerging countries, providing the foundation needed to break the poverty cycle: independence, education, and future gainful employment. Since 2003, ALTSO has served over 24,000, empowering the next generation, one CoolKid at a time.
