Alpha G Investment Management, Inc. (formerly known as Teton Advisors, Inc.) (OTCQX: TETAA), is a holding company that, through its subsidiaries, provides investment advisory services to open-end funds and separate account clients. We conduct our investment advisory business principally through two subsidiaries, each of which is a registered investment advisor: Keeley-Teton Advisors, LLC and Teton Advisors, LLC.
