Rodolfo Sánchez-Colberg is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Parliament Capital Management (PCM), a San Juan–based private credit platform with approximately $1.3 billion in assets under management. PCM specializes in direct lending to small and middle-market companies across underserved communities in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and the USVI, having originated over $1 billion in loans since 2015.

Previously, Mr. Sánchez-Colberg served as CEO and Managing Partner of Operating Partners Co. (2006–2014), where he built Puerto Rico’s largest distressed asset manager—closing 77+ transactions totaling $3.3 billion—before its acquisition by a publicly traded global specialty finance company. He began his career at FirstBank, rising to Vice President of Consumer Risk Management overseeing a $2.4 billion credit portfolio.

An MIT REAP fellow and active member of YPO, Mr. Sánchez-Colberg serves on multiple boards including Universidad del Sagrado Corazón (Trustee) and Instituto Psicopedagógico de Puerto Rico (former Chairman). He holds a B.A. in Management and Information Systems from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico and is Series 65 certified.
