Cecilia is a Los Angeles-based Senior Associate at L’ATTITUDE Ventures, where she is a member of the investment team and leads the firm’s portfolio management effort. She invests in Seed & Series A stage startups across industries. Cecilia is a Co-Founder of Libra Leaders, a platform for female founders and VCs to support founders with capital, connections, and visibility. She has an MBA from USC Marshall and is a Robert Toigo Foundation alumnus. Cecilia is originally from Georgia and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia

During graduate school, Cecilia focused on optimizing technology product developments using advance data analytics including her work for Facebook.

Prior to graduate school, Cecilia was in Washington, D.C working with federal agencies on identifying and reducing transnational money laundering and drug trafficking as a Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton.
