He is the co-founder of Fassport AI-powered platforms enabling fund managers, investors, and capital raisers to streamline fundraising, compliance, and investor relations.

Prior to Fassport, Neelesh was Head of Product at Deserve, where he helped scale the company through its acquisition by Intuit. He brings over a decade of experience building and operating financial systems and commercial lending across leading global institutions including EY, JPMorgan Chase, and Accenture.

With deep experience across private equity, healthcare investing, and financial infrastructure, Neelesh works at the intersection of capital, technology, and regulation.
