Cash is the CEO and founder of PandoAlts, a fintech company using AI to modernize how private market investments are discovered, evaluated, and operationalized. PandoAlts focuses on eliminating manual workflows across alternatives by connecting investors, managers, and existing systems through a unified, data-driven network.

Prior to PandoAlts, Cash spent his career working at the intersection of finance, technology, and distribution, with deep exposure to wealth management, private markets, and institutional workflows. He has built and scaled fintech products, led platform distribution, and worked closely with RIAs, family offices, broker-dealers, and fund GPs on the real operational constraints that slow adoption of alternatives.
