Michael Freedman is Chairman and CEO of LHL Strategies, Inc, a vertically integrated provider of life insurance policies, services and solutions to asset investors worldwide.  The company acquires life insurance policies via life settlement transactions through its subsidiary Lighthouse Life Solutions, LLC, delivering 4-10x more value to seniors as an alternative to the lapse or surrender of their policy, and resells those policies to alternative asset investors. 

Michael is the life settlement market’s leading expert on public policy developments, having been the driving force behind the enactment of virtually every state and federal law and regulation in force today, and has served as Chairman of the Public Policy Council of the Life Insurance Settlement Association (LISA), the life settlement industry’s oldest and largest trade group. 

Michael has been a leading voice in the life settlement market for more than 25 years, including serving as a senior executive for two life settlement companies before co-founding LHL Strategies in 2018.
