Kevin Lanson is a real estate investment professional based in Florida and leads Investor Relations at Landquire, a proptech-driven platform focused on land acquisition and development in high-growth U.S. markets.

He works closely with family offices and private investors, structuring and presenting land-based opportunities sourced through data-driven acquisition strategies and enhanced through the entitlement process.

Kevin is also personally investing in land through Landquire’s projects, alongside other real estate investments. He has previously advised investors on real estate strategies, bringing both an operator’s perspective and an investor mindset to his role.
