Jamie Cunningham is Co-Founder and CEO of Binaxity, a Cayman Islands-based fintech building credit infrastructure for long-term ownership of hard and alternative assets. Binaxity’s Investment Line of Credit (I-LOC) pairs structured credit with custodied exposure to assets such as gold, Bitcoin, and broad market indices, with no margin calls. The platform is asset-agnostic and designed to expand into other liquid, compounding assets. Binaxity has underwritten credit for clients in more than 25 countries and distributes to US accredited investors through an exclusive partnership with AKD USA.
Jamie is a repeat fintech founder. He co-founded Shopbrain, which was acquired by Affirm in 2021, then held leadership roles at Affirm in product partnerships, distribution, and strategic fintech initiatives. His work centres on making alternative assets accessible through compliant, transparent credit, built with the risk discipline institutional allocators expect.
