Ishita Shah oversees the firm’s operations and strategic execution, with a focus on scaling platform capabilities and delivering exceptional service to private capital managers. She most recently served as Chief Commercial Officer at Gen II Fund Services, and previously held a senior leadership role at Citco Fund Services where she was head of the business in North America and Asia. Earlier in her career, Ishita held roles at JP Morgan Partners and Ernst & Young. With more than 25 years of experience in private markets and fund services, she has led organizations through periods of growth, operational transformation, and platform expansion.
