Conrad Wicker is a seasoned real estate deal-maker and credit investor. He is the managing partner and co-founder of Amplifi CRE, a niche real estate private credit platform that provides credit enhancement solutions to commercial real estate borrowers. Conrad leads the company's growth and serves as its chief executive and chief credit officer. He is a real estate entrepreneur and former corporate executive and manager in the commercial real estate debt divisions of major financial institutions such as UBS, Franklin Templeton, and Cantor Fitzgerald. He has been in the commercial real estate business for 19 years. In his corporate career, Conrad has structured and closed in excess of a hundred loans totaling over $3 billion. As an entrepreneur, he has owned, operated, and built real estate assets totaling over one million square feet in eight states. Conrad's investors have ranged from accredited individuals to large financial institutions, and none of Conrad’s entrepreneurial ventures to date have lost a single penny of investor capital.
