Repool

Repool is a technology-enabled fund administration and launch platform built exclusively for emerging hedge fund managers. It replaces the four to five vendors a first-time manager would otherwise juggle with a single onshore counterparty: fund formation, offering documents, compliance, ongoing administration, and proprietary investor servicing software. Everything, including fund accounting, is done in the US by a team based in-office in NYC's Financial District, with engineering in Silicon Valley. Fewer than 15 full-time employees launched over 50 funds in 2025, with 120+ active funds on the platform today. Repool pairs institutional-grade infrastructure with the speed and service emerging managers need.
