The Meteora Select Trade Opportunities Fund ("MSTO") invests primarily in equity and debt securities, equity options, equity related convertible securities, interest bearing or interest rate sensitive marketable securities (including those issued or guaranteed by the United States Government or agencies or instruments of the United States Government), forward contracts, swaps, derivatives, currencies and any other instruments which are traded in normal channels of trading for securities. The Fund may utilize various investment strategies, including, but not limited to, merger arbitrage, debt refinancings, closed-end fund arbitrage, special purpose acquisition company (a "SPAC") liquidation arbitrage, intra-capitalization arbitrage, and warrant and rights arbitrage. The Fund may also invest in the securities of companies that are undergoing corporate changes, or for which some form of event, or catalyst, such as a share buy-back, change in management, spin-off, debt recapitalization or other special situation, may lead to a change in the value of the issuer's securities.
