Yon's career spans both sides of the capital-raising equation. He has managed hedge fund strategies such as equity long/short and market-neutral, gaining firsthand experience with the realities of institutional fundraising, and has held senior asset-allocation and risk-management roles overseeing multi-billion-dollar institutional portfolios.
