William Charles Tanenbaum is president and owner of Nutragenics, Inc., and Phi Life Sciences, LLC, and principal of Tanenbaum Law Firm, P.C., with over a decade of experience in federal and state civil litigation across California and Utah, representing clients in high-stakes commercial, real estate, IP, and First Amendment issues, including matters against major entities such as Netflix. He has also served as General Counsel to multiple private equity and venture funds, advising on equity raises, corporate structuring, risk management, and growth strategy. William holds a J.D. from Loyola Law School, dual masters degrees from NYU and the London School of Economics, and a B.A. from Boston University.
