Wendy has extensive experience in the financial services sector and is a Principal of Channel Diligence, where she contributes to the firm’s strategic direction and delivery of ODD advisory and governance solutions for institutional investors and alternative asset managers. She is also a Registered Director with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) through Channel Capital Cayman, providing governance oversight and fiduciary services to regulated investment funds.

She has also held senior industry leadership roles, including Managing Director and Head of Wells Fargo Prime Services Business Consulting Group (2015–2020) and with Credit Suisse’s Global Credit Products, where she specialized in business development and the structuring of tailored leveraged facilities for alternative asset managers. Wendy began her career as a Senior Attorney in the SEC’s Enforcement Division and has also held legal roles with Furman Selz and Lehman Brothers.

She holds a B.A. in Communications from Northwestern University, a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the London School of Economics.
