He brings more than 21 years of experience working with Deloitte teams and clients across the Americas, Southeast Asia, Africa, and Europe. His diverse background has enabled him to advise organizations across a broad range of industries, with expertise in financial services, telecommunications, family offices, and the public sector.

Wayne's experience spans cybersecurity, enterprise technology transformation, data and AI enablement, and large-scale technology infrastructure. He has led the design, implementation, and operation of production environments, business continuity solutions, and disaster recovery capabilities, including hot and warm site strategies. In addition, he has extensive experience as a database administrator and application consultant, providing deep technical expertise alongside executive-level advisory services.
