Samuel advised the Cayman Islands Government on digital asset regulation, AML policy, and financial services reform for 7 years. He led the creation, drafting, and implementation of Cayman’s Digital Asset regulatory Law, including recent work on amendments introducing tokenized funds to the jurisdiction. He brings his deep knowledge of global regulatory standards and inside-knowledge of government policy to today’s innovators as an independent director.
