Reyner Meikle has leveraged his background in law and legal services to create innovative solutions for fund managers to more effectively manage legal compliance. His team of legal professionals and regulatory compliance specialists service hundreds of fund managers and related service providers. Reyner has worked with a broad range of advisers including state-registered, exempt, and registered investment advisers, representing emerging managers to established firms with ten plus billion in assets under management. 

Reyner also provides specialized support for various fund structures and securities compliance at both the manager and fund level. From complex trust structures to traditional limited partnership models, he has helped managers navigate the entity and regulatory landscape. Reyner spends significant time presenting and speaking on fund compliance and structuring in the US and Europe. 

Before founding Agile Legal, Reyner held several senior-level positions in the legal services industry across legal technology, compliance, governance, risk management, new business development, product management, and strategy. 

Reyner has a JD with a concentration in business organizations from Delaware School of Law and has been admitted to practice law in Delaware since 2005.
