Paul Padovani is the Chief Investment Officer and Sub-Advisor at Innovative Capital Solutions, bringing more than three decades of advisory experience and a deep, long-standing expertise in Alternative Investments. Since 1998, Paul has specialized in the procurement, creation, structuring, and implementation of sophisticated alternative solutions—including structured products, hedge funds, private equity funds, and specialty insurance strategies—designing offerings that align institutional-grade opportunities with client needs.

Paul began his advisory career in 1994 at Merrill Lynch, later serving as a Wealth Manager at Wachovia Securities before leading investment initiatives at Morgan Stanley, and Padovani Asset Management. Across his tenure, he has built a reputation for identifying differentiated, non-traditional opportunities often overlooked by conventional markets, helping clients construct diversified portfolios with enhanced growth potential and disciplined risk management.
