Paul is the Chief Investment Officer and Sub-Advisor at Innovative Capital Solutions (formerly known as Innovative Private Wealth Management) where he develops investment solutions that align with market trends and client goals, blending both active and passive strategies for balanced financial growth and retention.

Before joining Innovative PWM, Paul held various investment management roles at Warshaw Capital, Padovani Asset Management, Barnum Financial Group, and Morgan Stanley. He started his career as a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch and a Wealth Manager at Wachovia Securities.

Paul also has extensive experience in Private Equity and Alternative Investments, uncovering opportunities often missed by traditional markets. His approach helps clients build diversified portfolios that balance growth potential with risk management.
