Nick is the President and Founder of Innovative Capital Solutions (formerly known as Innovative Private Wealth Management), where he leads a team advising high-net-worth individuals and families on wealth management strategies and manages the firm’s operations. Before starting Innovative PWM, Nick held executive roles at major wealth managers, research firms, and broker-dealers. He also led operations at firms supporting alternative investments and began his career as VP of Investment Banking at JP Morgan Chase.

With over a decade of experience in investment management technology, Nick has led teams to develop and implement advanced financial planning tools, giving him a deep understanding of both clients and financial planners.
