Nick Joseph is the Founder and Managing Director of Reside Cayman Ltd., a leading provider of immigration services in the Cayman Islands. With over 25 years of legal experience, he is a highly respected expert in immigration, employment, and relocation matters, known for his deep knowledge of Cayman’s regulatory framework.

Admitted as an Attorney-at-Law in 1997, Nick led regulatory and business-focused legal teams at two major law firms before founding Reside Cayman in 2024. Throughout his career, he has helped individuals and families settle in the Cayman Islands and advised businesses navigating complex immigration and labour laws.

A lifelong Cayman resident, Nick was educated in the Cayman Islands, UK, US, and France. He is also an Accredited Mediator and Notary Public, and has served on numerous government committees, including the Immigration Review Team and the Minimum Wage Advisory Committee. Nick frequently leads seminars for local business and HR professionals on Cayman’s legal and regulatory landscape.
