Neville Rhone, Jr. is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Arc Capital Partners (“Arc”), a leading Los Angeles-based real estate owner and investor specializing in middle-market assets across the capital stack. He oversees Arc’s investment strategy, risk management, and capital formation. Since its inception, Arc has invested in over $800 million in value-add real estate within high-barrier-to-entry markets across the Sunbelt. Arc’s partners include pension funds, prominent foundations, and large family offices that seek differentiated deal access, high-teen returns, and robust downside protection through funds and separate accounts.
A 30+ year veteran in real estate development, finance, and investing, Mr. Rhone has been involved in over $7 billion in transactions. Before founding Arc, he served as Managing Director and investment committee member at Canyon Partners Real Estate (“Canyon”), where he led over $1 billion in equity and debt transactions in Texas. Earlier in his career, Mr. Rhone was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley, focusing on investment banking and real estate investing. He also held senior development roles at Tishman Realty Corporation and began his career in civil engineering with AMEC/Morse-Diesel and Parsons-Brinckerhoff.
Mr. Rhone earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He serves as a Director of Stratus Properties, Inc., a public real estate company based in Austin and is an investment committee advisor to the California Wellness Foundation. He is a former trustee of the Marlborough School, a premier independent all-girls school in Los Angeles. Additionally, he is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA).
