Michael Siteman leads this brokerage and consulting services company specializing in data center acquisitions, and development as well as network/connectivity brokerage primarily in the US. 

His leadership in the data center vertical is founded on extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry as a tenant/buyer representative. Through this specialty he has honed his skills in site selection, data center development, data center migration project management, negotiation of master services agreements, service level agreements, connectivity agreements, leases, purchase and sale agreements, and other related memoranda. 

His employment by Digital Realty Trust (DLR), Internap Corporation (INAP), M-Theory Group, Jones Lang LaSalle, Base Partners, and The Staubach Company, has enable him to develop a thorough understanding of Colocation, telecommunications networks provisioning, Cloud services, other “as-a-Service” platforms, and data center related technology. He has worked on data center projects in Alabama, Arizona, California, Illinois, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Washington. 

Michael serves as Vice President and Director, Chapter Relations for 7×24 Exchange International, the leading knowledge exchange for the data center industry and he co-founded the 7×24 Exchange International Southern California Chapter. 

He is also a licensed Helicopter Pilot, Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programmer and an accomplished musician.
