Mark is a Managing Director at Citrin Cooperman. Mark leads the business development team for its Forensics, Litigation, and Valuation Services practice and provides senior relationship management support for our clients. Mark has overseen valuation engagements in a variety of private and public transactions for private equity and private credit investment firms, their portfolio companies, or directly with companies involved in M&A and/or related party transactions, capital raising, asset transfers, and/or leveraged recapitalizations. Mark also represents Citrin Cooperman’s growing advisory practice which provides services to the private market investment firms including transaction advisory and office of the CFO services through Citrin Cooperman’s leading business process outsourcing practice.
Previously, Mark worked at Murray Devine, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2022, as a Managing Director. Mark led Murray Devine's New York business development activities with an emphasis on providing its full suite of valuation services to alternative investment firms and financial service intermediaries including investment banks, law firms, accounting and audit firms, and insurance companies.
Mark has over 25 years of experience in senior investment sales and business development roles at financial service firms across multiple asset classes and investment strategies in both the public and private markets. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from the New York University's Stern School of Business and a bachelor's degree from Keene State College.
