Lynn King-Tolliver is a nationally recognized commercial real estate executive with more than 25 years of experience across institutional investment management, including portfolio strategy, acquisitions, joint ventures, and capital formation in both U.S. and international markets. Over her career, she has completed more than $5 billion in transactions and acquired over 25 million square feet of real estate across multiple asset classes.

She is the Founder and Principal of Archere Investment Management (AIM), a private equity real estate platform focused on GP advisory and building middle-market investment management platforms. Through AIM, she partners as a minority sponsor operator, executing differentiated income and value-add strategies designed to deliver strong risk-adjusted returns.

Ms. King-Tolliver also serves as Managing Partner of Archere Apartment Communities, a national workforce housing investment platform.

In addition to her investment leadership, Ms. King-Tolliver is an active voice in the industry. She serves on the Mercy Housing of California Board, Adept Urban Advisory Board and is a former member of the CBRE Investment Management Americas Investment Committee. She is also the President of African American Real Estate Professionals Los Angeles (AAREP LA), serves as a Global Governing Trustee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and is a member of the Executive Council of the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate and of the Real Estate Executive Council (REEC).

Prior to founding AIM, she was a Senior Vice President at Heitman, where she led West Coast acquisitions and joint ventures, completing nearly $1 billion in transactions. Her earlier experience includes roles at MetLife Investment Management, Spieker Properties, and Lincoln Property Company.

Ms. King-Tolliver holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from California State University, Fullerton, and has completed executive education through the Women’s Consortium at Smith College, Massachusetts. She is a State of California Real Estate Broker (License No. 01387728).
