Lisa Vioni is the Co-Founder and CEO of Hedge Connection Inc., a private fund marketing and capital introduction SaaS platform. She began her career in mortgage-backed securities (MBS) sales and trading in 1990 and transitioned to hedge fund marketing in 1998, holding senior marketing roles at Singleterry & Company and Ellington Management Group, where she led institutional marketing and capital-raising initiatives.

In 2005, Ms. Vioni co-founded Hedge Connection with Rob Arthurs. Since its inception, the platform has helped hundreds of private fund managers build relationships with institutional allocators and raise approximately $1.5 billion in capital. Hedge Connection has been awarded two U.S. patents for its proprietary investor–manager matching methodology and now offers an enterprise SaaS solution for institutions seeking white-labeled capital introduction technology.

Ms. Vioni has also produced three Broadway shows, including Long Day’s Journey into Night, for which she won a Tony Award in 2003. She holds a BA in French Studies from Smith College, maintains Series 65, 7, and 63 licenses, and will complete a Master of Science in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Columbia University in May 2026. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, playing pickleball and Mahjong, and adventuring with her husband and son.
