Leonard is the founder of Caydev, a Cayman Islands AI consultancy and product studio that helps a broad range of businesses, including financial, legal, and professional services firms, turn AI ambition into responsibly governed, production-ready solutions. He advises leaders on where AI can create meaningful value, how to manage its risks, and how to move successfully from experimentation to implementation. Because Caydev also builds and launches its own AI products, Leonard brings the practical perspective of a practitioner rather than simply an adviser.

With more than a decade of experience spanning technology in banking and offshore legal services, he brings a deep understanding of the industries he advises. Most recently, he led the global marketing technology function at an international law firm, where he helped advance the firm’s early AI pilots and governance initiatives.

At the forefront of emerging AI technologies, Leonard is recognized as an industry leader who combines technical insight, strategic vision, and hands-on experience to help organizations adopt AI responsibly and achieve meaningful business impact.
