John Ramsey serves as Portfolio Manager of RQSI, where he is responsible for the quantitative due diligence of FundSeeder traders and their inclusion in the RQSI FundSeeder Harvest Fund. Beyond the numbers, he works closely with traders to understand the mechanics and philosophies behind their strategies, ensuring a comprehensive assessment of their potential. John's hands-on approach not only identifies top-tier talent but also fosters meaningful connections with traders, empowering them to refine their methodologies and achieve long-term success.Prior to serving in this role, John was a Quantitative Research Analyst where he specialized in the development of Econometric trading models and was responsible for the tactical design of the firm’s suite of proprietary tools. Prior to joining RQSI, John worked as an Analytics Consultant in New York City for Deloitte, LLP. He received a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Mathematical Decision Sciences from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
