Jerome Ebanks is the CEO of FundBank Ltd. in the Cayman Islands, where he provides strategic leadership across marketing, product development, and trust services. In his role, Jerome oversees the development of institutional banking solutions aligned to client needs and leads the delivery of trustee services to a diverse portfolio, including STAR and charitable trusts, unit trusts, private trust companies (PTCs), and structured finance entities. He also serves as an authorized signatory and director across a number of fiduciary structures.

With more than 15 years of experience in financial services, Jerome has held senior roles with international banks and leading trust companies, including some of the largest institutions in Cayman. Prior to joining FundBank, he was Manager, Private Clients at Suntera (Cayman) Limited. His expertise spans complex, multi-jurisdictional structures and family office arrangements across the United States, Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East.

Jerome is a registered Director with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) and FinCEN in the United States and serves as a Council Member of STEP Cayman Islands. He holds a STEP Diploma in International Trust Management and is a Certified Blockchain Expert, reflecting his commitment to innovation and professional excellence within the global financial services industry.
