Jason Cipriani

Jason Cipriani is Chief Executive Officer of Corrum Capital Management LLC and is a voting member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Prior to founding Corrum Capital, Jason was at Bank of America with responsibility for the company’s alternative investments portfolio. Jason previously held other roles within Bank of America’s Global Corporate and Investment Bank. Prior to joining Bank of America, he held various corporate finance positions at Paramount/VIACOM, Time Warner Cable and PL Industries.

Jason currently serves on the Boards of Directors of AvAir LLC, Carolous Aviation Leasing LLC, and Wings Capital Partners LLC, all Corrum Capital portfolio companies. Jason is a founding board member and Chair of The Gift of Adoption of the Carolinas and is a member of the Board of Directors and Treasurer of HoopTee Charities, Inc. He previously served on the Board of Trustees of Roof Above (formerly the Urban Ministry Center). Jason has received numerous awards recognizing his community involvement- in 2008 he was named as one of Charlotte’s 40 Under 40 by the Charlotte Business Journal, in 2020 he was honored as an Angel in Adoption by the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute, and in 2024 he was awarded The Order of the Long Leaf Pine.

Jason received a BS from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
