Jack Krupey is the Principal of JKAM Investments and host of the Alternative Investor Mastermind podcast. He focuses on helping accredited investors access passive, income-producing alternative investments designed to deliver predictable returns outside of traditional Wall Street markets.
Jack began investing in small multifamily real estate in the early 2000s and went on to manage billions of dollars of institutional capital through the global financial crisis. He later founded Gemini Capital Advisors and PRP Advisors, gaining deep insight into institutional investing, risk management, and capital deployment. By 2014, he was managing over $3 billion in investor capital while investing alongside his partners.
Seeking a more efficient and investor-focused approach, Jack earned dual MBA degrees from the Kellogg School of Management and the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology. He subsequently launched JKAM Alternative Investments to provide accredited investors with access to professionally managed real estate and alternative strategies offering tax efficiency, strong cash flow, and long-term value creation.
Today, Jack is dedicated to helping investors build wealth without relying on increasingly volatile public markets, emphasizing education, disciplined underwriting, and passive investment solutions.
