Hugo Della Motta is the Founder and Managing Partner of Vanderlu Strategic Partners, an independent advisory and strategic consulting firm dedicated to private markets engagement across Latin America. With more than 15 years of experience traveling throughout the region to meet allocators and institutional investors, he has developed deeply rooted, trust-based relationships with leading multi-family offices.

In this capacity, Hugo advises on the identification and evaluation of differentiated investment strategies, serving in an external, nonndiscretionary advisory role. His work centers on discretion, alignment of interests, disciplined due diligence, and creating meaningful long-term partnerships between asset managers and qualified investors.

Hugo holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Economic Sciences in Córdoba, Argentina, and the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification issued by FINRA.
