Evan Boswell Hamilton is the Founder and Managing Director of Lilac Capital Group, an LA-based platform that identifies and supports emerging managers investing from Pre-Seed to Series A. Previously, he was Chief of Staff at Upfront Ventures, supporting investing, portfolio growth, and ecosystem development. Evan has also served as Fund Manager at Homeboy Capital, Senior Advisor at the Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator, and an operator at Alta Motors. He holds a BA in Anthropology and Sustainable Development from Columbia University and an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
