David Barwig brings 19+ years of experience scaling companies at the intersection of AI, operations, and digital innovation. As Co-Founder, COO, and Head of Product at IVERIFI, he built a multi-agent AI platform for real-time verification, scoring, contract execution, and compliance across alternative asset portfolios — grown from concept to seven-figure ARR with 300,000+ live sessions serving law firms, PE funds, and hedge funds.

As GP at Justerra Capital, David is innovating at the intersection of AI technology, blockchain-based transactions, and tokenization to drive better MOIC on legal claim portfolios.

What sets David apart is hands-on technical depth. He architects RAG pipelines, orchestrates multi-agent systems, and deploys production AI across commercial and open-source LLMs. He built a multi-agent autonomous trading system for crypto and equities which uses macro/news/prediction market indicators to gain alpha on trades.

Through Shiny Rocket, he serves as fractional COO/Head of Product for growth-stage startups. Previously instrumental in two exits totaling $100M+. Earlier career includes a decade at IPG and Omnicom in digital transformation, earning a Cannes Lions Grand Prix Innovation Award. He also advises Renidy, an AI-first operating system for end-of-life planning.
