I have over 30 years of working in the real estate development and building industries and have been involved in the successful execution of projects throughout the Northeast, Southeast and the Caribbean with combined value of over 2.5 billion USD. My portfolio includes commercial, residential, and institutional asset classes with concentrations in Multifamily, Hospitality and Mixed-Use. More recently his experience has been focused on Build-to-Rent product, leading the multi-state/southeast regional expansion of a mid-south developer/owner/operator.

My core competencies include conception, sourcing, acquisition, analysis, investment guidance, entitlement, design and design team management, project execution (construction) and delivery, and product performance management. I have a proven track record of both self performing as well as building and managing teams (internal and external) and support staff. Ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability of the projects, and creating exceptional and innovative living spaces that enhance the quality of life for the end user and stakeholders. My mission is to leverage my expertise and passion for real estate development to contribute to the growth and success of a forward-thinking and visionary organization.
