Cary joined RCS in December 2025, bringing two decades of experience in investor relations and capital formation across real estate and alternative investment strategies where he raised more than $3B from institutional investors.  He is responsible for attracting investor capital on a co-investment basis for the firm’s direct deals as well as for the RCS Contrarian Fund.  Prior to joining RCS, he held several senior in-house capital raising and investor relations roles in both the public and private markets along with serving as a placement agent.  Cary holds a gradate certificate in real estate from New York University and a B.S. in Business Management from Cornell University.
