Ms. Williams is the Founder and Managing Partner of Grove Capital Ventures, LLC, a Miami-based boutique capital formation and advisory firm that partners with a select group of differentiated investment managers across private credit, asset-backed lending, structured finance, special situations, and commercial real estate, connecting them with sophisticated institutional and family office investors. Ms. Williams has spent more than 18 years helping alternative investment managers raise institutional capital. Prior to founding Grove Capital Ventures in 2024, she led institutional fundraising at Kawa Capital and Pine River Capital, where she helped raise more than $2.2 billion across hedge funds, private credit, structured finance, and alternative asset strategies. Ms. Williams began her career at Goldman Sachs. She has built long-standing relationships with institutional investors, family offices, endowments, and consultants, with a particular focus on strategies offering resilient cash-flow profiles, downside protection, and low correlation to traditional markets.
