Brian William Foote, CFA, is the Founder and Portfolio Manager of Broadway Capital Management, LLC, a private investment partnership founded in 2015 serving family office clients through a hedge fund and separately managed accounts.

With over 25 years of professional investing experience, Brian leads a bottoms-up investment approach focused on convexity, tail-risk hedging, and options-based strategies, focusing on deep value equities and special situations, including distressed opportunities.

The firm operates primarily in public markets, with selective exposure to real assets and strategies where asymmetric risk-reward characteristics are present.

Prior to founding Broadway Capital, Brian was a principal at Levin Capital Strategies and an analyst at Mortar Rock Capital. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from The Cooper Union, and a Mini Certificate (2x) from the Real World Risk Institute (RWRI).
