Blair Lilford is a globally experienced technology entrepreneur with over 25 years of leadership across AI infrastructure, cloud computing, digital connectivity and cyber security. As a multi startup Founder and current Group CEO of SALT Technology Group, Cayman Cable Co. and Kompute AI, he has driven transformative initiatives from terrestrial fiber and subsea cable systems to cloud-native and AI-driven platforms across the Caribbean, North America, and beyond.

Blair brings deep expertise in scaling secure, sustainable technology ecosystems, having launched Kompute AI to deliver GPU-powered AI Compute-as-a-Service platforms utilizing partners such as NVIDIA, SMC, and Cisco. He has led critical projects at the intersection of infrastructure modernization and AI innovation, combining strategic execution with a pragmatic approach to risk, compliance, and global scale. Blair is currently leading Kompute AI’s Series A capital raise to expand operations and accelerate enterprise AI adoption.

In addition to his entrepreneurial leadership, Blair actively contributes to advancing the technology sector as Chairman of Digital Cayman, Executive Board Member of the Cayman Islands Cyber Security Association and has served as a Technology Advisor to the Cayman Islands Government Strategic Economic Advisory Council. He also serves globally on the Microsoft Azure Stack Community Advisory Board, bringing a strategic lens to innovation, governance, and emerging technologies.
