Bill Brennan joined 29th Street Capital in 2024 as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations, where he leads client relationship management and capital-raising efforts for the firm’s new offerings. He brings more than 20 years of asset management experience and has raised over $3 billion across a range of strategies, including private real estate, hedge funds, and structured products. His background includes senior roles at top-tier firms such as Lighthouse Investment Partners, Aurora Investment Management, and Man Group, Plc.

Before joining 29th Street Capital, Bill led capital-raising initiatives at Birchwood Healthcare Partners, focused on healthcare real estate investments. Earlier in his career, he contributed to Calamos Investments’ historic closed-end fund IPO. He has successfully worked with Family Offices, Wealth Managers, RIAs, Institutions, and high-net-worth individuals. Bill earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of St. Thomas in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
