Berisford Grey (Beris) is the Co-Founder and CEO of Sygnus Capital, where he leads the firm’s mission to revolutionise alternative investments across the Caribbean. Widely regarded as one of the region’s top investment bankers, Beris is known for his innovative approach to unlocking capital and delivering transformative financial solutions.

His career began in Europe’s Debt Capital Markets, specialising in Securitisation and Structured Finance. Upon returning to the Caribbean, he held senior leadership roles at top financial institutions, where he consistently delivered standout results.

Over the past decade, Beris has raised over US$10 billion for corporates and sovereigns across the region.

Beris holds an MBA in Entrepreneurial Finance from Vlerick Leuven, an MSc in Economics from The University of the West Indies and completed the Executive Leadership Programme at Wharton. He also serves as Chairman of the Caribbean Alternative Investments Association (CARIA).
