He oversees Execution Services, Margin & Risk, Order Management, Clearing, Regulatory Controls, and Corporate Actions across multiple entities and asset classes. Adam drives firm wide operational strategy, chairs the Best Execution Committee, is a member of the STA Retail Advisory Committee and the Listed Options Committee, and partners with Product, Compliance, Technology, and the C suite to scale platforms, strengthen controls, and elevate the client trading experience within SEC, FINRA, CFTC, NFA, and OCC frameworks.
